Common questions
Signing in
How do I sign in?
Open the app and enter the email address used by your company. You’ll
receive a one-time code or password reset link.
I didn’t get the sign-in email.
Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email
dev@mrpave.com and we’ll re-send it.
I forgot my password.
Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and follow the link sent
to your email.
Using the app
I can’t see a job that should be there.
Jobs are filtered by your role and team assignment. If something
looks missing, contact your administrator or email us.
The map isn’t loading.
Make sure the app has location permission enabled in your device
settings, and that you have an active internet connection.
I made a mistake on an estimate. Can it be edited?
Yes — open the estimate and tap Edit. If it’s already been sent or
approved, contact support and we’ll help.
Notifications
I’m not receiving SMS or push notifications.
- Check that notifications are enabled for MR PAVE in your phone’s
settings. - For SMS, confirm the phone number on your profile is correct.
- If you previously replied “STOP” to a message, you’ll need to
reply “START” to re-enable SMS.
Privacy & data
We take the privacy of your information seriously. Read our
Privacy Policy for details on
what we collect, how it’s used, and how to request deletion of your
data.
To request that your account or data be deleted, email
dev@mrpave.com from the address on your account.
Reporting a bug
Found something broken? Help us fix it fast:
- Email dev@mrpave.com with the subject “Bug report”.
- Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what
actually happened. - Include a screenshot or short screen recording if possible.
- Note your device (iPhone 14, Pixel 7, etc.) and the app
version (Settings → About).
