About our services

What we do, what we install, and how we approach every job.

What paving services does Mr. Pave offer?

We deliver a full range of asphalt and concrete solutions for both commercial and residential clients:

Every job — from a single pothole to a multi-mile utility cut — is handled with the same precision and quality standards.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Every project starts with a complimentary on-site consultation. A project manager will assess the area, listen to your goals, and provide a transparent, itemized quote — no obligation, no pressure.

What materials do you work with?

We install and repair asphalt, concrete, and pavers. The right choice depends on traffic volume, climate, drainage, and your budget — and we'll walk you through the trade-offs during your consultation so you understand exactly what's going on the ground and why.

Project planning & process

Timelines, weather, permits — what to expect from kickoff to final pour.

How long does a typical paving project take?

It depends on scope and complexity:

  • Residential driveway: typically 1–2 days
  • Parking lots & commercial work: several days to a few weeks
  • Road repair / utility restoration: scoped per project; you'll get a clear schedule before work begins

You'll receive a written timeline as part of your project agreement.

Will weather delay my project?

It can — and that's by design. Asphalt and concrete cure best within specific temperature and moisture windows, so we monitor forecasts closely. If conditions threaten quality or safety, we communicate proactively and reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity rather than push through a sub-par installation.

Do I need a permit for paving work?

It depends on your municipality and the scope of work. Our team is well-versed in Virginia local regulations, will tell you exactly what's required, and in most cases can handle the permit application on your behalf — so you don't have to navigate city hall.

Pricing & payment

How we quote, how we bill, and what financing looks like.

How is the cost of a paving project determined?

Pricing reflects three things:

  • Size & complexity of the project (square footage, depth, geometry)
  • Materials selected (asphalt grade, concrete mix, pavers)
  • Site preparation (excavation, grading, drainage, base work)

You receive a transparent, line-item quote — so you know exactly what you're paying for. No billing surprises.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. The full payment schedule is laid out in your project agreement up front, so there's no ambiguity once work begins.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Paving is a meaningful investment, and flexible financing is available for qualifying residential and commercial projects. Ask your project manager during your consultation for current options and terms.

Quality & warranties

The standard we hold ourselves to — and what to do if something isn't right.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. Every Mr. Pave project carries a standard one-year workmanship warranty, with extended warranty coverage and ongoing maintenance plans available on many projects. Specific terms — including what's covered and for how long — are detailed in your project agreement. Ask your regional representative about extended coverage options.

How do I maintain my paved surface?

A little maintenance dramatically extends the life of your pavement:

  • Seal asphalt driveways every 2–3 years to protect against UV and water intrusion
  • Clear debris regularly — leaves, snow, and standing water all accelerate wear
  • Address cracks promptly before they spread or let water reach the base

We provide tailored maintenance guidance after every project so you know exactly what your surface needs.

What if I notice an issue after the project is complete?

Contact us right away. We'll assess the situation and resolve it promptly under the terms of your warranty. Long-term satisfaction is the standard we hold ourselves to — your project doesn't end the day the trucks leave.

Getting started

How to reach us, what to expect at the consultation, and when to book.

How do I request a quote or schedule a consultation?

Three options — pick whichever is easiest:

A team member will respond promptly to schedule your free on-site consultation.

What should I expect during the on-site consultation?

One of our experienced project managers visits your site, measures the area, and walks the project with you. Expect questions about how the surface will be used, your timing, and your budget — the more we understand, the more tailored the recommendation. You leave the meeting with a clear sense of the recommended approach and pricing.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (spring through fall). Early scheduling secures your preferred timeline and gives the team adequate room for thorough planning. Emergency or quick-turn work can sometimes be accommodated — call us and we'll tell you straight what's possible.

Still have a question?

Our team is happy to talk through anything — pricing, scope, timing, or warranty details.
