POSITION SUMMARY
The Mr. Pave CDL Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating dump trucks and other commercial vehicles to transport materials to and from job sites. This role is essential to keeping our paving crews running efficiently.
ABOUT US
Mr. Pave is a forward thinking asphalt & concrete paving company. Our mission is to strengthen communities through trusted partnerships and exceptional paving solutions. We’re looking for a reliable CDL Driver who values personal growth, teamwork, and getting the job done right.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate CDL-class vehicles (primarily dump trucks)
- Transport asphalt, stone, and other materials to job sites
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain clean and well-functioning equipment
- Assist crew members on-site as needed
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License), class A or B preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work long hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends
- Experience in construction or paving (preferred, not required)
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment, up to 50 lbs

Paving Crew Foreman
Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
A Mr. Pave Foreman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of asphalt paving projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. This role involves leading a team of workers, coordinating with others, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and continuously reinforcing Mr. Pave’s values and leadership culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage paving crews on-site
- Plan and execute paving projects from prep to final finish
- Ensure quality work that meets customer and company standards
- Maintain a safe job site and enforce safety protocols
- Keep projects on schedule and solve problems as they arise
- Coordinate materials and communicate with the Project Manager
- Inspect job sites and equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License), class A or B preferred
- Clean driving record

- 3+ years of experience in construction or paving
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
